I offer easy catching trips for kids as young as 4. Maximum amount of anglers is 2 adults 2 kids under 12. No prior fishing experience required. We use live shrimp to target a wide variety of species inside a protected lagoon system. There are no waves, no seasickness, and we are always close to a shoreline. We always catch fish on these trips and they are suited for kids and adults with less fishing experience who just want to have fun with steady catching action for whatever bites.
For those who love to fish, the Lagoon system offers great year round action for redfish (red drum), spotted seatrout, and black drum. Seasonal catches may include tarpon, jack crevalle, ladyfish, and snook and much more. Because of the shallow protected waters, we can fish even when the weather is not optimal. There is no chance of getting seasick. Fishing charters are tailored to suit the clients skills, experience, and requests. Choose from an exciting sight fishing with light tackle and artificial lures or fly fishing tackle on the shallow grass flats or an easy catching live bait trip. I will discuss your experience, desired species, and style of fishing with you as well as giving you what I think will be our best options based on my 20+ years of experience.
For the non-anglers, the Lagoon offers lots to see. Dolphin, manatee, sea turtles, stingrays, gators, and a wide variety of birds life make their home here.
